Journal Club

Journal club

A journal club is a group of individuals who meet regularly to critically evaluate recent articles in the academic literature. The purpose of the journal clubs is to create an active research environment and an established discussion forum for PhD students at the graduate school. By joining a journal club, the students get an opportunity to discuss research-related issues with other PhD students conducting research in the same field.

Journal club helps researchers keep up with the literature produced by others who work in their field.

A journal club will mainly discuss recent research articles.
